Internet Explorer Settings
- click on the file pull down menu
- find "Browsing history" on the general tab
- press the "Settings" button
- where it says "Check for newer versions of stored pages:" choose "Every time I visit the webpage."
- press ok to close the "Temporary Internet Files and History" window.
- press apply to close the "Internet Options" window
